Appendix 2: Activities rewarded in the Loyalty Program

1. The loyalty program members are rewarded for the following activities:
   1. Purchase of services (transaction) – For every $1.00 spent on the purchase of services, the loyalty program member will receive 8,87 pts. The standard accrual rate for the purchase of services: $1.00 = 8,87 pts. Exceptions to the standard accrual rate have been listed in Appendix 4.
   2. Purchase of products (transaction) – For every $1.00 spent on the purchase of products, the loyalty program member will receive 13,28 pts. The standard accrual rate for the purchase of services: $1.00 = 13,28 pts. Exceptions to the standard accrual rate have been listed in Appendix 4.
   3. Successful referral - 500 pts (points are awarded both to the referring and the referred person).
   4. As a birthday gift - 500 pts.
